« I just wanted an idea of my house's price »
Mrs Lefèvre, owner in Uccle, calls on a Sunday evening.
An AI agent that answers every call — buyers, sellers, viewing requests — qualifies the need, books the appointment in your calendar, and hands you a complete lead before you walk back out.
You're at a viewing, an estimate, a signing. Meanwhile the phone rings. Every missed call is a mandate going to the agency next door.
The Kelem agent picks up on the first ring, speaks French, Dutch or English depending on the caller, recognises whether it's a buyer, seller or viewing request, and gathers what's needed to hand you an actionable lead.
When you walk back out, an email is waiting: who called, what they want, their budget, their area, and the appointment already locked into your calendar.

Three solutions facing the 3 critical jobs of an inbound call to a real-estate agency.
Two integrations are enough to start. The agent books appointments directly in your Google Calendar or Outlook, and sends you a recap email after every call. More vertical integrations are coming (Whise, Sweepbright, Hektor…).
One-click calendar connection. The agent sees your real-time availability, offers free slots, and locks the event with all the prospect's information.
After every call you receive a structured email: who called, what they want, qualified lead, full transcript, booked appointment, suggested next step.

Another question? immo@kelem.ai
No, you keep your main number. Kelem either uses a dedicated number you forward to in the evening/weekends, or absorbs every call that doesn't get answered within 4 rings.
In practice: your client calls your usual number, you pick up if available, otherwise Kelem takes over without interruption.
During onboarding you upload your catalogue (PDF, listing link, or import from your software). The agent knows every property: address, price, surface, bedrooms, specifics.
When a buyer calls about a specific property, the agent answers with the correct info and proposes a viewing.
The agent recognises it's outside its perimeter (sales calls, prospecting, very specific requests) and offers either to forward you if you're reachable, or to call back at a time you choose. You still receive the transcript.
Yes, on the criteria you define: budget, area, minimum surface, property type, timing. The agent asks questions in a natural order — not survey-style — and tells you in the recap whether the buyer matches your criteria.
Every call is recorded and transcribed in your dashboard. You can replay them, annotate, export to CSV, or delete at any time. Retention is configurable (7, 30 or 90 days).
You see every transcript right away in the recap email. If a response bothers you, flag it in one click and we adjust the agent within 24 hours. During the trial you can also disable the agent at any time.
On substance: Kelem never fabricates information it doesn't have. Out of scope, it says it doesn't know and forwards.
The agent introduces itself as your agency's assistant. If asked directly whether it's human, it answers no — an ethical and soon legal choice (AI Act). In practice the vast majority of callers don't ask: the conversation feels natural, and at the end of it they have their appointment.
Median: 15 minutes. You answer 9 questions in the wizard (agent voice, services, your qualification criteria, your catalogue, your calendar), you activate forwarding, you're live. For agencies with several negotiators, count 30 minutes for routing.
